The MaxRay & Cocoon have an optional 5-Year Warranty Plan for damaged or malfunctioning Hardware not covered under the limited 2 year warranty.

One-Time Enrollment Fee
One Fee per unit, covering five years. Includes overnight loaners.

Repair Prices*
The repair cost is based on the year since MaxRay or Cocoon was purchased. Unit is repaired free of charge less the graduated deductible.
Year 1 – $0
Year 2 – $100 deductible
Year 3 – $150 deductible
Year 4 – $250 deductible
Year 5 – $300 deductible
